Agent Compliance

Listing Checklist & Changes

  1. Complete Listing Documents
  2. Upload Documents to ZipForms
  3. Submit Listing Form on ELR Site
  4. Wait for Approval
  5. Input Listing in MLS or Submit DATA INPUT SHEET to Office Manager
  6. Once Approved, Submit Listing Change Request to go Active
  7. Any Changes to Listing, Submit Listing Change Form

Contract Checklist

  1. Gather Contract Documents
  2. Submit in ZipForms for Approval
  3. Complete Listing Form Submission on ELR
  4. Wait for Approval & CDA
