Meet Theresa Brendemihl – Licensed REALTOR® for the Grayson County and DFW area. Surprisingly, much of Theresa’s 27-year career was not spent in real estate, but with distinguished restaurant companies such as Brinker Int. and Texas Roadhouse. The common thread was an ability to be responsible for up to 32 million in sales a year, while leading and inspiring others to be more successful. When the pandemic hit, she made a bold career decision by becoming a Real Estate Agent. With her extensive experience dealing with adversity, diversity, and a passion for building lasting relationships, real estate seemed like the perfect challenge. Living and managing business for the last 27 years in DFW as given her extensive knowledge of the metroplex this has proven to be extremely beneficial with assisting clients in finding their dream home. Joining Easy Life Realty was an amazing blessing 3 months ago. She was previously with KW in Plano assisting with over 32 buyers and 12 closings. Earning the trust and confidence of clients is a top priority. Continued education through classes and spending time with her peers and mentors has been a top priority since this bold career change. Theresa and her husband Ken are native Texans living here for more than 25 years. She has four children and five fur babies. Marah 26 is finishing medical school at Oklahoma State, Colton is 25, is a Cross fit Athlete in Dallas, Morgan 25 is a stylist in Fairview and Mikkah is 16 and goes to Pottsboro High School. Theresa also has love and passion for animals. Shep their Labrador, Odin their English Mastiff, Athen their Pit Bull Terrier, Khaos their Aussie, Sloan, the Belgian Malinois, the newest rescue and Hercules “aka Herky” their pet pig rounds out her family pack very nicely. The family has recently started their flock of 10 chickens. When they are not traveling for cheer competitions, her family is at Lake Texoma as much as possible to enjoy the Lake Life Living!
