Over the last 25+ years Frank Ventura’s experience was in senior leadership of commercial property management department of regional ( Centre Development) and national companies (The Vantage Companies, Grubb & Ellis, Premisys, and Cushman and Wakefield). One important part of his job was to assist the respective brokerage agents in making their real estate deals. Frank’s unique position to analyze his client’s properties, the marketplace and the objectives of the ownership. Through the analytics and understanding the positive and negatives of the owner’s property, he was able to provide options/solutions to issues that in many cases allowed brokers to realize a successful conclusion for their clients. It is this experience that allows Frank to give his current clients the benefit of an analytical approach to purchasing or selling their property. The ultimate focus, after understanding the attributes and challenges of the Client’s property, is to create the Client’s “Strategic Plan” which include a Marketing Plan.
