Daniel was born and raised in the hill country town of Boerne, TX and graduated from Texas A&M University with degrees in Construction Science and Business Administration. Shortly after college he married his wife, Katiebeth (now a local Financial Advisor), and moved to her hometown of Sherman. Daniel began his career in construction project management, but gradually transitioned to real estate development with Bluestone Partners, Young Enterprises, and now Covenant Development. Today his main focus is real estate investments - particularly multifamily development, with additional experience in medical office, self storage, light industrial, townhomes, and master-planned communities. He has one daughter, Lola, with a new baby brother due in early 2023.
